CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

• Your time as well as our clients is very important to us; I ask that you please be courteous and try your best to be on time . Late arrivals will result in little to no time for your design .

• Things happen ! Sometimes you need to cancel and that’s ok. Cancellations must be made 24 hrs prior to your appointment

•NO SHOWS Life can be a little complicated, However a no show is completely unacceptable. If you reach out to me to explain your situation I may be able to accommodate you.

HEALTH SAFETY

• Sanitation and cleanliness is my top priority . If you are sick please stay home .
